1) Permission to explore Gravel Pit is required before it can begin. ALL exploitation of resources, whether by fixed or orbital positions, is prohibited without consent from the system owner. ALL resource exploitation, including (but not restricted to) ore deposits, trade goods, life items, or drugs, MUST be registered with the system owner.
2) All Outposts in this system are to register.
3) All Starbases in this system are to register and claim for KRT, with at least 1000 Troops.
4) Permission is required to setup Outposts and Starbases.
5) Permission is required to sell, or give, Outposts and Starbases to other affiliations.
6) Owners of registered positions are required, without exception, to help protect the system against incursion by any and all hostile positions or affiliations.
7) Exclusion Zone, no one is allowed to orbit or land on Linist II , without prior consent from Overseer Cyn veS chenmoHwI'
