1) Permission to explore Ensandoia is required before it can begin. ALL exploitation of resources, whether by fixed or orbital positions, is prohibited without consent from the system owner. ALL resource exploitation, including (but not restricted to) ore deposits, trade goods, life items, or drugs, MUST be registered with the system owner.
2) All outposts in system are to register.
3) All Starbases in system are to register and claim for KRT, with at least 1000 Troops.
4) Permission is required to setup Outposts and Starbases.
5) Permission is required to sell or transfer Outposts and Starbases.
6) Owners of registered positons are required, without exception, to help protect the system against incursion by any and all hostile positions or affiliations.
7) Exclusion Zone - Permission is required to enter orbit, land at, or otherwise approach Cexeza (2232) without prior consent from Overseer Cyn veS chenmoHwI'
8) Existing positions are required to register and respect all of the above conditions/requirements.
