While most new players are able to join the game smoothly, it is not unknown for problems to arise during sign-up. These are some common problems:
- Mistyping your email address in the sign-up
so that the initial turn never arrives.
- Forgetting to attach the turn file to the email sent to phoenix@kjcgames.co.uk.
- Attaching a blank turn file to the email (you can open the
turn file to check, it is in plain text so you can read your
orders)
