Military sources have told CSNN that multiple fleet engagements have occurred throughout the Zewt system between stardate 215.10.3 and 215.10.5. resulting in major losses for AA forces.

It was recorded AA losses at 78 confirmed kills with 205 damaged. Empire Losses standing at 18 confirmed kills and 589 damaged.

Corewards Conflict - FLZ Enter The Conflict

After having a provocative fleet within the Corewards region for some time, it's true intention was made clear as ship to ship conflict occurred between the FLZ fleet and Empire Forces, in the Zewt system on stardate 215.11.1.

Some 21 FLZ warships were destroyed during the fighting on this day, and with no information forthcoming regarding Empire forces, it can only be assumed that losses were light if any.

Military analysts debated at great lengths that these vessels were not part of the FLZ main fleet and may have been used as "sacrificial lambs" to interject the FLZ into the growing conflict, the way the DEN interjected themselves into the CAL/AFT conflict.

Corewards Conflict - Small Engagement

Though the both ships involved fired at each other, it is believed this engagement resulted in minimal damage to both ships involved.

MRC Terrorists Attack BHD Shipping, Destroyed by Empire Forces

MRC Terrorists attacked a defenceless BHD freighter in the Fetlock system, stardate 215.11.4, with the loss of all hands.

The BHD ship, which had just finished delivering medical supplies to the local populace, was taken down without mercy by the terrorist vessels.

Empire forces consisting of elements of the BHD and CIA home fleets was sent to take down these terrorists and after two days of fighting, the MRC terrorists were driven off with severe damage, along with 2 confirmed kills.

Military forces told CSNN that 2 CIA ships had been lost during the fighting, but these were holdovers from the IMP/CNF war and were due for decommission in Q4 of 215.

With insults flying over the public interstellar forums, the Imperial Viceroy has declared the HEX are banned from Imperial space.

New News Station "The Beacon" Opens Its Channels

"The Beacon", a new news channel dedicated to the Alien Alliance's point of view has opened its channels.

Despite recent polling on CAL.gov showing this is the least read publication throughout Caliphate and Imperial space. "The Beacon" has been touted as the most read publication in AA space, despite reports of FLZ soldiers threatening to enslave families that read anything other than "The Beacon".

Editorial: "The Beacon" shows itself to be a biased publication in its opening statements. This is contrary to an open and free press within an open and free society. The CSNN has always been unbiased to the subjects it reports and gives the facts in a fair and balanced way, something by its own admission "The Beacon" does not do. Don't be fooled by "The Beacons" light, as it blinds you to the darkness that is behind it.
