What is art? In the Peripheries the term includes native carved tree roots, died animal skins, traditional canvas paintings, and a hundred other categories. Anything that is desired for it asthetic qualities, rather than its intrinsic worth, falls into this category. Art cannot be manufactured but it can be exploited using special complexes on planets where the natives are particularly creative.
These are generic ones, i.e. there is no indication where they originated.
