1) Permission to explore Goramist is required before it can begin. ALL exploitation of resources, whether by fixed or orbital positions, is prohibited without consent from the system owner. ALL resource exploitation, including (but not restricted to) ore deposits, trade goods, life items, or drugs, MUST be registered with the system owner.
2) All Outposts in system are to register.
3) All Starbases in system are to register and claim for KRT, with at least 1000 Troops.
4) Goramist is a closed system, no permission will be given to setup Outposts and Starbases.
5) Permission is required to sell, or give, existing Outposts and Starbases to other affiliations.
6) Owners of registered positions are required, without exception, to help protect the system against incursion by any and all hostile positions or affiliations.
