Trade and Transit: Rights are in force to all non-hostile affiliations. This means passing through in ring 10-15 and moving to bases with public markets. Exploration and Building: Rights are only available to Chartered affiliations, currently the GTT and the SMS. Other affiliations may request permission. In Advance! Sale and Transfer of assets: Must be approved by GTT. In Advance!
Hostile action, unlicensed exploration, claim jumping or attempting to counter claim a GTT system will see you excluded from all GTT systems. Unregistered outposts will be seized. All systems are hostile to Pirate, Mercenary and Independent positions.
System Claim Support. Bases must support the GTT claim by a minimum of 10,000 troops.
