While here it is expected that all parties will respect the Kastrian law. Kastorian law is simple, do not do anything that could be considered aggressive.
The planet Hydraulic is considered off-limits to all alien factions. Do not enter orbit.
Any 'accidental' firing occurring within KAS space will be met with immediate stellar taxation applied to the merchandising of the aggressor within the system unless compensation to the sum of the value of the assets +50% is paid. This tax will continue until such times as settlement is agreed. If there are no taxable assets within KAS space, then the offending faction will be banned from KAS space and listed as an enemy until such times as settlement is obtained. Note that any settlements will likely incur an administrative charge by the Junta.
